This was a nice bonus and should be a great place for guests. It has its own entrance and its own carport. You can also see the patio area that exits out from the office upstairs.
The door opens into the kitchen/living area. I was standing over by the couch when I took the photo, trying to get all of the kitchen in the view.
No photos of the bedroom, I'm afraid, for the same reason I skipped the master bedroom... someone is currently living in there. However, here's a shot of the bathroom in the MiL apartment. It also has its own washer and dryer (in the closet on the left) and, as I mentioned, has a door that opens into the media room. It could use some updating, but isn't in bad shape.
